CarSage is an iPhone app that estimates the value of a used car in your country's market from the details and the photos you provide. How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy policy.

The price we give you is an estimate generated with artificial intelligence, for guidance purposes only. It is not binding and does not constitute an offer to buy or a guarantee of the sale price.

The real price depends on the market, on the actual condition of the car and on the agreement between buyer and seller. What you do with the information is up to you: CarSage is not liable for the buying or selling decisions you make on the basis of a valuation.

CarSage requires a Pro subscription in order to run valuations. You can choose between two auto-renewing plans:

• Monthly: €4.99 a month.
• Annual: €29.99 a year (that works out at €2.50/month), with a 3-day free trial.

Amounts are shown in euros for reference; the App Store shows you, and charges you, the price in your country's currency. These are auto-renewing subscriptions: they renew at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.

The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the full year is charged automatically to your Apple ID account.

If you take out a subscription while a free trial is running, you are deemed to waive the unused part of that trial.

You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID Settings (Subscriptions), not from the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its own terms.

You undertake to use CarSage lawfully and to upload only photos of cars that you have the right to upload. The app includes a detector that rejects images that are not of a car.

The app, the CarSage brand and their content belong to their owner, Anas Assadek El Ouamari (Tax ID 86249604L). The valuations you generate are for your personal use.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the valuation is accurate or that the service will be available without interruption. The valuation is a reference and does not replace a professional appraisal.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, as the law of the owner of the service. For any dispute, and unless the applicable consumer legislation establishes another jurisdiction, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. As a consumer, you retain all the mandatory rights granted to you by the legislation of your country of residence.
